![]() ![]() Updated the drivers (it just tells me that the best version is already installed) Unchecked the boxes that say "allow this computer to turn off this device to save power" under the "Universial Serial Bus Controllers" ![]() Disabled and Enabled the "HID- compliant wireless radio controls" I've looked on other forums and have tried a lot of the suggestions. Because of this, I'm almost certain its a driver problem. Once I finished updating them, it prompted me to reboot my comupter, and after it started back up, the touch screen no longer worked. Everything was working fine and I didn't have any previous problems with this laptop or Windows 10. ![]() I'm running Windows 10 and recently, I decided to update my drivers using Driver Booster.
